South Carolina Eviction Laws
The legislation governing the removal process takes place in Title 27 — Property and Conveyances, Chapter 37 of the South Carolina Legislature. Eviction Notice Types Used In South Carolina

Eviction Process In South Carolina
As in every state, the process of ejecting a lessee in South Carolina consists of three main levels:
- Launch the Lessee Removal Process
